  1. 1. Educational Qualification

    • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

    Preference will be given to candidates having qualifications in:

    • Management
    • Social Work
    • Entrepreneurship Development
    • MSME Sector
    • Women Empowerment Programs

  2. 2. Experience

    • Minimum 5 years experience in:
    • Business Development
    • Entrepreneurship Promotion
    • NGO / Social Sector
    • MSME Activities
    • Women Empowerment Programs
    • Government Liaison & Project Management

  3. 3. Leadership & Network

    • Strong leadership and team management capability.
    • Ability to coordinate district teams across the state.

    Good network with:

    • Government Departments
    • Banks & Financial Institutions
    • Industries
    • SHGs & Women Groups
    • Educational Institutions

  4. 4. Key Responsibilities

    • State-level implementation of SHE MART programs.
    • Appointment and monitoring of District Managers.
    • Promotion of women entrepreneurship and MSME activities.
    • Conducting EDPs, awareness camps, exhibitions, and market linkage programs.
    • Coordination with MSME PCI National Office.
    • Achieving annual enrolment and project targets.

  5. 5. Skills Required

    • Communication & Public Relations Skills.
    • Basic Computer & Reporting Knowledge.
    • Team Building & Organizational Skills.
    • Presentation & Motivational Ability.

  6. 6. Age Criteria

    • Preferred age: 30 years and above.

  7. 7. Preference Will Be Given To

    • Women candidates.
    • Existing entrepreneurs.
    • Social leaders.
    • NGO professionals.
    • Individuals associated with MSME, Startup, Skill Development, or Self-Help Group activities.

    • Good understanding of local district areas and communities.
    • Ability to work with women entrepreneurs, SHGs, youth groups, and local institutions.

  4. 4. Key Responsibilities

    • District-level promotion of SHE MART initiatives.
    • Identification of women entrepreneurs and beneficiaries.
    • Organizing training camps, awareness drives, and registration activities.
    • Coordination with local authorities and institutions.
    • Reporting to State Head regularly.

  5. 5. Skills Required

    • Good communication skills.
    • Basic mobile/computer operation knowledge.
    • Team coordination capability.
    • Public interaction and motivational skills.

  6. 6. Age Criteria

    • Preferred age: 21 years and above.

  7. 7. Preference Will Be Given To

    • Women candidates.
    • Local entrepreneurs.
    • Social workers.
    • Candidates with field network and public relations.

  8. 8. Selection Process
